Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice & Takedown Protocol
1. Non-Hosting Notice
ExtreamLeech (https://extreamleech.com) respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright holders. ExtreamLeech is NOT a cloud storage locker or file hosting service. No files, documents, archives, videos, or audio tracks are uploaded to, stored on, or hosted by our physical servers or infrastructure.
Our software functions purely as a protocol proxy and API unrestrictor that queries third-party file hosts on behalf of authenticated clients.
2. Upstream Takedown Requests
Because ExtreamLeech does not store files, removing a link from ExtreamLeech does not delete the original file from the internet. Copyright owners should first submit takedown notices directly to the primary file-hosting service where the actual file resides (e.g. Rapidgator, 1fichier, KatFile, etc.). Once the file is deleted upstream, ExtreamLeech will immediately fail to resolve the link.
3. Filing a Takedown Notice with ExtreamLeech
If you wish to block specific URL hashes or links from being unrestricted by our engine, please send an official notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Exact URLs of the infringing material on third-party hosts you wish to blacklist.
- Contact information: Legal name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the authorized copyright holder or legal agent.
- Physical or electronic signature.
