1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ExtreamLeech (https://extreamleech.com), our APIs, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or utilize the Service.
2. Nature of Service & File Storage Disclaimer
ExtreamLeech operates strictly as an intermediary protocol translation and link unrestrictor service. ExtreamLeech does not host, store, catalog, index, or upload any files or copyright media on our servers. All files accessed through generated links originate from independent third-party file-hosting providers.
3. User Account & API Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login tokens, and Developer REST API keys. You agree not to share your premium account or resell generation access unless authorized under an official enterprise agreement.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use ExtreamLeech to:
- Transmit, generate, or download malware, ransomware, botnets, or trojans.
- Distribute illegal materials, non-consensual content, or child exploitation media.
- Perform Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or automated scraping that exceeds documented rate limits.
- Bypass server-side IP restrictions using automated proxy cycling bots.
5. Quotas, Bandwidth & Fair Usage
Each subscription plan entitles the account holder to daily link generation quotas specified at the time of purchase. Daily limits reset at 00:00:00 UTC. While speeds are unthrottled and multi-gigabit capable, upstream availability depends upon third-party file-host operational health.
6. Termination of Access
ExtreamLeech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in material violation of this agreement without prior notice or refund liability.
